Another Gandhi Jayanti has arrived
reminding us of simplicity
and ultimate sacrifice
for unity and integrity of our nation!
The journey thus far since independence
serves as reminder that you ignore wisdom
of Bapu, whether the father of a family or nation
at your own peril!
Choosing violence over non violence
falsehood over truth
selfishness over sacrifice
can only lead to a dead end street
a dead end of doom and disaster
sooner or later....
It is wake time countrymen
need to follow in the footsteps of
the Mahatma revered by the whole world!
Time to make amends, before it's too late
no longer can we afford
to disregard wisdom
wisdom, of the father of our nation!
