Deadly Kali Yuga

Bharat that is India
is quickly and steadily
showing characteristics of the deadly kali Yuga
swiftly moving towards its final stages....

Man hating man
for all the superfluous reasons-
food, dress, the God he prays to
Trolling, gangraping & strangely rejoicing,
posting it as a celebration on social media!

The depths of the pit reached
when school kids take videos of rapes
commited by them on classmates
and then the princi, teachers, on complaint
use it to commit violations themselves!

All this perhaps, no surprise in a land
that no longer trusts its own police
its priests or the leaders
to safeguard their interests
and let them live in peace....

Kali Yuga (Devanāgarī: कलियुग [kəli juɡə], lit. "age of Kali") is the last of the four stages (or ages or yugas) the world goes through as part of a 'cycle of yugas' (i.e. Mahayuga) described in the Sanskrit scriptures. The other ages are called Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, and Dvapara Yuga.

Hindus believe that human civilization degenerates spiritually during the Kali Yuga, which is referred to as the Dark Age because in it people are as far away as possible from God.
