Being at Peace

IndiBlogger Badge

We can be at peace
when what we think in the mind
what we say out aloud
and what we do are the same....

Saying "what a pleasure to meet you"
but thinking internally "what a pain this bore is"
is an example of  incongruence
incongruence requires ploting,& planning
it cannot coexist with peace

Thinking good thoughts for all
speaking it and acting on them
is the door that opens
to being at peace, at all times!

  2. Exactly, and I was also hearing today that everybody is jealous of somebody in life!

It would be so wonderful if we just be nice from within.
